Lost Sectors will be making an appearance in Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris. One of the best ways to farm tokens in the base game, tokens can be traded for engrams at faction vendors. The DLC tokens will be valid on Mercury, and the vendor in charge of them will probably be Brother Vance. Last night’s livestream and the accompanying gameplay videos have revealed a Lost Sector on Mercury, confirming at least one reliable way of getting tokens.

Destiny 2 Mercury Lost Sectors To Appear in Curse of Osiris

We’ve only seen one so far, but hopefully there’s more. According to reports from a preview event, they’re going to work the same way as before. You’ll have to find the location using the map markers, then discover the entrance with the help of markings in the environment. Once you’re inside, you’ll fight a bunch of enemies. Killing the elite mob in the deepest depths of the sector will yield a special cache key, which you can use to open a chest. The chest is guaranteed to have a Mercury Token inside, as well as some minor stuff.

We haven’t seen the inside of the sector itself, but that’s probably for

Bungie recently held a live stream, revealing more about the Curse of Osiris DLC for Destiny 2. They spoke a bunch about the different features in the DLC, including weapons, the Infinite Forest, the Vex Crossroads public event, and so on. Among other things that have recently been revealed, we now know that there will be regional chests on Mercury in the Curse of Osiris DLC.

Destiny 2 Mercury Regional Chest Revealed in Curse of Osiris

Just like all other planets in Destiny 2, Mercury in Curse of Osiris will feature the golden regional chests. In case you need a reminder, regional chests are gold-colored chests full of loot. They’re strewn around every region in the game, including Mercury, as it turns out. So far, only one chest has been found.

The one golden regional chest that has been discovered so far is pretty close to the spawn point. In fact, if you have even a minor proclivity towards exploration, you should have no problems finding it. The only way you can miss it if you just blindly rush forward. Once you spawn on the map, turn to the left by almost 180 degrees. You’ll see a small ledge where

Curse of Osiris, the upcoming DLC for Destiny 2, was showcased for the first time in a stream last night. Bungie showed off a bunch of new locations, features and activities in it. The most interesting one for us was the weapon forge, part of the new social space that will allow players to craft legendary weapons. It seems like a great addition to the game, especially since there are only a handful of weapons that can be obtained through quests.

Destiny 2 Getting Weapon Forge in Curse of Osiris

The weapon forge will be located in The Lighthouse, a social space set on Mercury. It will become available only after you’ve completed the DLCs story missions. When you’re done, go talk to Brother Vance, and he’ll start selling Lost Prophecies. They’re basically quests – each one will lead you to a certain weapon schematic.

After you pick up the Lost Prophecy, you’ll have to collect some items, most of which are obtained by killing enemies and completing activities. The quest’s description will show you what the best way to get the items is – it could be Crucible, public events, heroic variants, etc.

Once you’ve got them, bring them

Jack Queen King 3 is one of the new weapons in Destiny 2, coming in the Curse of Osiris DLC. We saw it for the first time during last night’s livestream. It’s a legendary hand cannon everyone will be able to get through a quest, without having to rely on luck, dice rolls and bloody engrams.

Destiny 2 Jack Queen King 3 Legendary Hand Cannon

As is customary for Destiny weapons, it a has a pretty cryptic description. It may mean something to long-time fans, but to me it’s a just a bit of fancy flavor text. Here’s what it says:

An army meets, and stands, and falls. Three nobles wage their hopeless war. In shifting madness, evil crawls. One stands above the battle’s roar.

As for the stats, they’ll will probably scale to your power level. The one we saw in the stream had 302 attack, a magazine that can hold twelve bullets and a fire rate of 150 rounds per minute. That’s pretty decent – a bit more than two bullets per second. We didn’t get a good look at the perks, but we know it has Lightweight, which lets you move faster when you have
